The Half Marathon Mastery Program

Crush your next half marathon with speed and confidence!

The half marathon is both the perfect stepping stone for the full marathon, as well as a uniquely challenging and rewarding race distance in its own right.

Because running a fast half marathon requires a careful balance of both speed and endurance, training for the 13.1 mile distance presents unique challenges for those who dare to take it on.

Learn how to train the right way for the half marathon!

Over the course of 18 weeks, my half marathon training program will help you develop the confidence and skills you need to run the best half of your life!

Run Your Fastest Mile! Training Program

Do you want to become a faster distance runner?

You can only choose one thing at a time to focus on: endurance or speed.

Unfortunately most marathoners and half-marathoners have never really taken any time to focus on getting faster over shorter distances.

If this sounds like you, then you are leaving a ton of speed on the table.

Over the course of 5 weeks, my “Run Your Fastest Mile!” Training Program will help you develop the confidence and skills you need to take down your personal best in the mile.

After you complete this program, you’ll be prepared to run much faster in your long distance training, half marathon, and marathon races.

12-Week Base Building Training Program

If you aren’t training for a marathon yet, you need to be building your base.

Distance runners will see tremendous improvement in their performances through gradually increasing their weekly mileage.

Those training less than 40 miles per week will see the most improvement in their running by simply running more and doing it safely.

When you follow the Knighton Runs 12-Week Base Building Training Program, you will gradually increase your number of days and miles you run each week. You’ll also learn basic speed workouts that will prepare you for what comes next.

By the end of the plan you will be running up to 6-days per week, 20 to 40 miles total per week, and have a solid foundation to take on a more intense event-specific training plan, like my Complete Marathon Training Program.
